SURPLUS, what is it?

Surplus: Sustainability, Quality and Economy

"Surplus" refers to surplus products (new and/or used) , including "military surplus," which are items originally intended for the armed forces but which have been in storage for some time and have not been fully utilized. Buying military surplus offers several advantages, especially in terms of sustainability and care for the environment.

Can I return what I purchased?

By law (DL24/2014) you can return what you have purchased within 14 days without having to state a reason. There are exceptions for certain items, such as personalized items, which cannot be returned. If you make your return request within the established period, we will collect the item at no cost to you.

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, as far as possible. They will be analyzed by our returns department for assessment and we will then define the amount to be refunded, which may be total or partial (excluding postage), depending on the conditions in which the return is made.

Can I exchange what I purchased?

By law (DL24/2014) you can return/exchange what you have purchased within 14 days without having to state a reason. There is an exception for certain items, such as personalized items, which cannot be returned. If you request an exchange within the established period for the same type of item, we will collect it at no cost to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of resending the new item. If the exchange is not for an identical item, we will adjust the amount according to the item requested for exchange.

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, as far as possible. They will be analyzed by our returns/exchange department for evaluation and to verify whether the value of the item remains the same, so that we can only exchange one item for another, if it is for an identical item.

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship by courier and the shipping cost for mainland Portugal, up to 5kg, is normally €5 (VAT included). For autonomous regions, it varies depending on the courier, archipelago and weight.

When checking out your order, when entering the postal code, the shipping cost for that shipment will be displayed, whether to the mainland or islands.

What payment methods do you offer?

The payment methods we offer are those that have the lowest costs for us and, consequently, for you, since these costs are reflected in the final value of the item.
